For us, 2021 is a year of opportunity. As vaccines continue to be distributed in the U.S. and around the world, we’re hopeful for an inflection point in the spring where the virus will be more contained, leading to increased confidence in public life.

Amid the optimism, it is as important as ever to follow safety precautions to stop the spread. We will be following the MHHDS and the CDC guidelines recommended at the time of the ride. Currently, we expect that masks will be required at the start of the ride, rest stops and when stationary, unless eating or drinking. Wearing masks continues to be the most effective tool to mitigate the virus, and we urge each of you to get vaccinated when you are given the opportunity. Your health and well-being - and that of our members and volunteers - will remain central to our mission in the months and years to come.

To the incredible frontline health workers, who are administering vaccines and continuing to care for us all, we thank you.

All Tour de Ville routes begin and end in Northville, Michigan at the Living and Learning Enrichment Center located at 801 Griswold St., Northville, MI. Our routes include a 10 mile family ride and a variable length (10-30 miles) ride that travels exclusively along historic Edward Hines Drive. We also offer a 54 mile route (for the seasoned rider) that follows a southwest, out-and-back loop through Dixboro and Whitmore Lake. This year, we are excited to add a 38 mile gravel bike route traveling gravel roads in a westerly, out & back loop. Finally, we still offer our TdV Virtual Ride route, where you make a donation and ride on the day of your choice for the distance of your choice. When your TdV Virtual Ride is done, drop us a comment (and a picture or two) on our Facebook Page!

Registered riders receive a neck buff, en-route rest stop support and a post-ride lunch. When you return from your ride, please enjoy live music by Northville Folk and relax in the beer tent. The Rotary Club of Northville has been promoting harmony and goodwill throughout the world and serving the Northville community for over ninety-five years. The 8th annual “2021 Tour de Ville Benefit Bike Ride”, is our major fundraising event of the year. In our first seven years, we've attracted over 2,000 riders and raised over $100,000. 100% of the net proceeds go towards our club's projects: local food banks, college scholarships, student exchange programs and the Rotary International Foundation. We also contribute to charitable causes such as Crossroads, Kids Against Hunger, Little Free Libraries, Shelter Box and Northville's Living and Learning Enrichment Center.
